The Cornwall Running and Sports Store Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Price and Delivery

1.1. All prices featured on the website include VAT if applicable and are quoted in pounds sterling.

1.2. Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you once the products you have ordered are in customs to let you know the cost.

1.3. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible.

2. Payment

2.1. We allow orders to be processed online, or over the phone, using a credit or debit card currently VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, VISA Electron and Switch/Solo managed by Securetrading. Sometimes we may accept cheque payments but the acceptance of such payment is always at our sole discretion. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email your name and telephone number to sales@asics-running-shoes.co.uk and we will contact you to process your order.

2.2. Credit card payments are processed by Streamline, our secure payment service provider. We do not see your credit card details and the payment service provider does not see any other information about you.

3. Refunds

3.1. Our mission is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order on our website. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it please return it with the despatch note, unused, for a refund (minus original postage costs) within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund your credit card after we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you. 4. Guarantees and Liability
